I am from Cherrybrook area, living in a brick veneer house. There are some cracks found on the drywalls and are all repaired with a very good workmanship. I am very happy about the results. It took 2 days to complete the job (the first day was to get the cracks fixed, leave it for a night to dry, and the second day was to finalize the work, finishing with fine sanding. The work was done in very details and professional manner.

I needed a Handyman fast for my rental property in West Pennant Hills. AAA Hills Handyman responded with in a couple of hours as I had a urgent water leak in one of my ensuite taps. Whilst he was there, I had the handyman look at a sticking door, lock not working and damage to a bedroom gyprock wall. His team was able to knock this over in the afternoon at a very reasonable cost. Would be certainly calling AAA Hills Handyman again without hesitation.

I highly recommend Ilia. He first came to my house to attach a tv to the wall. I was so impressed by his attention to detail and the time he took to install the tv correctly. I then asked to come back to do different jobs that had piled up but had not been done. He cleared leaves from the gutter, fixed the lock on the door, replaced the plug in the bathroom basin, patched up and painted a wall, and resealed the shower. I asked him to repaint the deck to get rid of mould but he told me a cheap way I could get rid of the mould myself so as to save me some money. Tracking the leak source is the hardest part and Ilia had to come back couple times to finally locate it. In between, he had to come up with practical solutions to identify and fix the issue. He is very responsive to my messages and would happily and promptly schedule a visit. No Dramas and always on time. On his last visit, he also did additional repairs and maintenance on my garage door at a reasonable price.

Ilia’s was one of several quotes I had for my ceiling problem, and the main reason for giving him the job was that he told me up front what he would need to do to fix it rather than just quote a price. On the day he again ran through the process, was polite, efficient and advised on cause of problem, and preparation of the fix prior to painting. Excellent service and a good job.

We were happy with Ilia's previous work on our exhaust fan. We asked him to construct a door for us in early May. His quotation was honest and reasonable and did not ask for more upon completion. Yeah, a 5star rating for 5star work really. Ilia patched up and plastered the ceiling at my home, installed a new manhole, and reinforced a cracked rafter within the roof cavity. Chose to use Ilia largely based of the reviews on social media. I had spots on the walls (living and bedrooms that were standing out no matter what ever I/professional painters did. Also a dip in ceiling.After speaking with Ilia on the phone I was very confident I made the right decision. He is very passionate with repairing the wall and bringing it back to normal. I wanted the spots to go away and have the repair gel seamless.Especially with the dip in the ceiling he worked out a Miracle to bring back flat.The completed job exceeded my expectations both aesthetically and practically. After the fix it doesn't look at all like it has been repaired in the first place.He is punctual and reliable. Ilia not only conducted a difficult installation of a new Gainsborough G2 Series Trilock which had screw thread issues. He also provided assistance prior to the installation to ensure I had the right Trilock for the install. I would highly recommend him for any door lock installations.

Roof repairs: Ilia attending my place to resolve sagging concrete tiles on the second storey roof. Over the years the roof battens supporting the tiles had slipped and shrunken. Ilia added additional supports and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this handyman service for Kellyville or the Hills. I had shelving for a linen cupboard cut and installed, had towel rails installed and a door latch installed. Ilia is friendly and professional. He takes pride in his work and does not compromise on quality.

Ilia responded quickly when I contacted him initially. He gave me a quote and arranged to come out to complete the job straight away. Ilia attached two cupboard doors, fixed some sliding doors that weren’t sliding along the track properly and adjusted another door so it would close more easily. Ilia was punctual and efficient. The work completed was of a high standard.

He always provides useful tips, even when he is working. He visited a week ago, to replace wheels on shower screen sliding door, that gets jammed very often. After his work, door is sliding similar to how it worked originally 30+ years ago.

I contacted AAA Hills Handyman, after reading the great reviews online. My insurance company required repairs to be made to the roof prior to them finalising internal repairs due to water damage in the ceiling. The insurance company had obtained an independent roofing company report which indicated that leaks were coming from deteriorating flashing. I'm glad I contacted Ilia to carry out the repairs because when he inspected the roof he discovered the leak was coming from a completely different area. He was able to do the repairs thoroughly & efficiently and he offered great advice about other jobs around the house. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and would recommend him to anyone. Excellent service!

The work was completed fast and the quality look liked it was apart of the house. I attempted to install a FishTank in the wall with little success. This was not only fixed up it was completed in 2 days with a high quality outcome

Roof repairs: Ilia attending my place to resolve sagging concrete tiles on the second storey roof.Over the years the roof battens supporting the tiles had slipped and shrunken.
