I am from Cherrybrook area, living in a brick veneer house. There are some cracks found on the drywalls and are all repaired with a very good workmanship. I am very happy about the results. It took 2 days to complete the job (the first day was to get the cracks fixed, leave it for a night to dry, and the second day was to finalize the work, finishing with fine sanding. The work was done in very details and professional manner.

I then asked to come back to do different jobs that had piled up but had not been done. I needed a Handyman fast for my rental property in West Pennant Hills. AAA Hills Handyman responded with in a couple of hours as I had a urgent water leak in one of my ensuite taps. Whilst he was there, I had the handyman look at a sticking door, lock not working and damage to a bedroom gyprock wall. Yeah, a 5star rating for 5star work really. Ilia patched up and plastered the ceiling at my home, installed a new manhole, and reinforced a cracked rafter within the roof cavity. Chose to use Ilia largely based of the reviews on social media. I had spots on the walls (living and bedrooms that were standing out no matter what ever I/professional painters did. I contacted AAA Hills Handyman, after reading the great reviews online. My insurance company required repairs to be made to the roof prior to them finalising internal repairs due to water damage in the ceiling. The insurance company had obtained an independent roofing company report which indicated that leaks were coming from deteriorating flashing. I'm glad I contacted Ilia to carry out the repairs because when he inspected the roof he discovered the leak was coming from a completely different area. He was able to do the repairs thoroughly & efficiently and he offered great advice about other jobs around the house. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and would recommend him to anyone. Ilia helped us fix an issue with our new fridge being too tall for our existing cabinet space and also with the installation of a replacement rangehood. Due to the rangehood being a different brand it caused multiple complications during the installation. Roof repairs: Ilia attending my place to resolve sagging concrete tiles on the second storey roof. Over the years the roof battens supporting the tiles had slipped and shrunken. Ilia added additional supports and resolved the issue. I needed a Handyman fast for my rental property in West Pennant Hills. AAA Hills Handyman responded with in a couple of hours as I had a urgent water leak in one of my ensuite taps.Whilst he was there, I had the handyman look at a sticking door, lock not working and damage to a bedroom gyprock wall. His team was able to knock this over in the afternoon at a very reasonable cost. Would be certainly calling AAA Hills Handyman again without hesitation.
