My insurance company required repairs to be made to the roof prior to them finalising internal repairs due to water damage in the ceiling. I highly recommend Ilia. He first came to my house to attach a tv to the wall. I was so impressed by his attention to detail and the time he took to install the tv correctly. I then asked to come back to do different jobs that had piled up but had not been done. He cleared leaves from the gutter, fixed the lock on the door, replaced the plug in the bathroom basin, patched up and painted a wall, and resealed the shower. I asked him to repaint the deck to get rid of mould but he told me a cheap way I could get rid of the mould myself so as to save me some money.
