The quote that he provided was reasonable and finally I asked him to do the fix. He fixed the cracks in a very professional manner and I was very happy about the results. My insurance company required repairs to be made to the roof prior to them finalising internal repairs due to water damage in the ceiling. The insurance company had obtained an independent roofing company report which indicated that leaks were coming from deteriorating flashing. I'm glad I contacted Ilia to carry out the repairs because when he inspected the roof he discovered the leak was coming from a completely different area. He was able to do the repairs thoroughly & efficiently and he offered great advice about other jobs around the house. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and would recommend him to anyone. It took 2 days to complete the job (the first day was to get the cracks fixed, leave it for a night to dry, and the second day was to finalize the work, finishing with fine sanding.
