I am from Cherrybrook area, living in a brick veneer house. There are some cracks found on the drywalls and are all repaired with a very good workmanship. I am very happy about the results. It took 2 days to complete the job (the first day was to get the cracks fixed, leave it for a night to dry, and the second day was to finalize the work, finishing with fine sanding. The work was done in very details and professional manner.

Roof repairs: Ilia attending my place to resolve sagging concrete tiles on the second storey roof. Over the years the roof battens supporting the tiles had slipped and shrunken. Ilia added additional supports and resolved the issue. My insurance company required repairs to be made to the roof prior to them finalising internal repairs due to water damage in the ceiling. The insurance company had obtained an independent roofing company report which indicated that leaks were coming from deteriorating flashing. There are some cracks found on my drywalls. I then sent a message AAA Hills Handyman Services. The guy was so responsive and got back to me within a day. I was so impressive that he replied my message so quickly. The quote that he provided was reasonable and finally I asked him to do the fix. He fixed the cracks in a very professional manner and I was very happy about the results. At the end, he also gave me all the tips about how to repaint the drywall. He always provides useful tips, even when he is working. He visited a week ago, to replace wheels on shower screen sliding door, that gets jammed very often. Ease of Communication and Prompt Action Repairing leaky roof is tricky specially when the source is not easily identifiable. Tracking the leak source is the hardest part and Ilia had to come back couple times to finally locate it. In between, he had to come up with practical solutions to identify and fix the issue. He is very responsive to my messages and would happily and promptly schedule a visit. No Dramas and always on time. On his last visit, he also did additional repairs and maintenance on my garage door at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend Ilia. He first came to my house to attach a tv to the wall. I was so impressed by his attention to detail and the time he took to install the tv correctly. I then asked to come back to do different jobs that had piled up but had not been done. He cleared leaves from the gutter, fixed the lock on the door, replaced the plug in the bathroom basin, patched up and painted a wall, and resealed the shower. I asked him to repaint the deck to get rid of mould but he told me a cheap way I could get rid of the mould myself so as to save me some money.
